To whom it may concern.

Fifteen years ago, the artist Gili Tal and I organized a show in her flat on Cavell Street in East London. The Late Notice Show. Fresh out of art school, our peers and we were frustrated by the long times it took to get a show on the books. With that in mind, we invited friends and colleagues with a week's notice to be in the exhibition. It included artists who have gone on to achieve great success, Eddie Peake, Peter Linde Busk, Prem Sahib, Eemyun Kang, and Marie Herwald Hermann, among others. The following month, we did The Later Notice Show, and to complete the trilogy, Rusha & Co. will be presenting The Last Notice Show.

I again want to try the notion of a shotgun show with an exhibition in our off-site project space, The Summer, in a little over a week. So we will invite artists with a week's notice to be a part of the show and sink or swim, and we will open on Saturday 25th June.

Please let us know if you would like to participate by tomorrow at 5pm, Friday June 17th. Collections of artworks will be Tuesday–Thursday of the week of June 20th. The Last Notice Show opens at 4pm on Saturday June 25th at 1021 Alpine Street, Los Angeles.
